Hello Everybody:
On this Marthin Luther King holiday I would like to thank you for offering your help for Mona( I am sorry that I am not able to respond you individually). Of those of you eligible to donate bone marrow for her( age 18-60) , some perhaps have done HLA testing via direct on line registration or by attending a blood community center ( located in all communities ) .
For those who have not done it yet, with the help of my friend and colleague Dr. Shariatmadar we have arranged to have a free testing ( sample from buccal mucosa) to be done at Jackson Memorial Hospital on this Thursday (1/21/2010 ) from 1:00-3:00 PM , Holtz Center Large Pathology Conference Room on the second floor.The room is East Tower( Holtz center) # 2034.
Please be there on time, it should take a few minutes only .
